The following classes are offered on a one-on-one basis,
but two or more people may take a class at the same time.
INTRODUCTION TO
WEAVING
Weave a scarf, table runner, or some placemats on a loom that’s
already set up.
You just weave! Allow
3 – 4 hours Cost $60 + materials
BEGINNING WEAVING
I
Learn the basics of how to set up a loom including how
to wind a warp, thread a loom and weave a simple project. Allow
aproximately 2 classes at 3 hours each for loom set up. Allow
additional time for weaving, hours based on project.
Cost $100 + materials

Choose a second project that you take from start to finish under
supervision. Class time determined by project.

REFRESHER
COURSE
For those who haven’t woven for a while and just need to go
over things again. Cost $35
INDIVIDUALIZED
Weaving Instruction to fit your needs @ $15/hour
SPINNING
Taught by a master spinner when we have enough students.
BEGINNING:
Learn the basics of spinning, carding & fiber preparation.
INTERMEDIATE:
Learn how to control your fiber to create the yarn you want
plus blending, exotics, and more

Basic information for beginners is provided when you purchase
the materials at the shop.
For scouts, and other youth groups we offer CARDBOARD LOOM WEAVING.
Create a mug rug (coaster) on cardboard looms.
Allow several hours. $5/person
